The 7th Path is a unique process that combines self-hypnosis with meditation to help you release negativity, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs — while creating space for new, healthy patterns to emerge.
Over 4 weeks, you’ll be guided through the first five Recognitions, the essential foundation of the 7th Path practice. Each Recognition builds on the last, helping you gently clear away mental clutter, old programming, and emotional blocks.

One session per week to learn and practice each Recognition step-by-step. Choose from the dates provided.
